We have extensive experience representing employers in the Workcover scheme. We are constantly looking for ways to add value to that representation. We do not accept the status quo.

We provided advice to the Victorian Government in relation to the 1996, 1997, 2000, 2006 and 2014 amendments to the Accident Compensation Act, and introduction of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act.

We have acted in over 100 Court of Appeal, and a number of High Court cases.
