About me
My name is Anna Dodgshun and I am a Partner in the WorkCover department.
I did my Articles with Wisewould Mahony in 2008 so feel like I have been around for quite a while now.
My practice consists of serious injury applications and common law claims, which means I am often in the County or Supreme Court, defending cases on behalf of WorkSafe, or out meeting with employers at various worksites across Victoria. This is what I enjoy most about being a lawyer; getting out and meeting people, and fighting the cases that need to be fought.
I love working at this firm and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. I get to come to work each day and spend time with hard working people, who respect and support one another as well as people I consider my best mates. I think that this is why we do such great work for our clients; we work well together, we have a good understanding of what our clients want and we go about achieving the best outcome we can without fuss.
There is nothing better than achieving a great result for a client and the feeling of satisfaction that comes from a job well done, especially in a hard fought case.
