About me
My name is Trent Vittorio, and I am a Senior Associate in the WorkCover department. I started with Wisewould Mahony in 2021. My role is to provide advice to the Victorian Workcover Authority regarding common law claims for compensation bought by injured workers.
I was admitted to practice in 2014. After my admission I worked for several years as a solicitor at two large Victorian Plaintiff firms representing people injured at work. I believe this experience gives me a unique perspective on the Workcover system from both sides of the worker’s compensation fence.
I really enjoy working at Wisewould Mahony, as I have the opportunity to be part of a team of passionate, dedicated and talented lawyers, whilst working on interesting, dynamic and stimulating work. I also get a great deal of satisfaction from the opportunity my role presents to contribute to a system that ensures injured workers receive fair and equitable compensation.
