We have a proud history advising and successfully defending accident compensation claims having acted for WorkSafe Victoria, insurers and employers for almost 30 years.

We have extensive experience representing employers in the Workcover scheme. We are constantly looking for ways to add value to that representation. We do not accept the status quo.

We provided advice to the Victorian Government in relation to the 1996, 1997, 2000, 2006 and 2014 amendments to the Accident Compensation Act, and introduction of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act.

We have acted in over 100 Court of Appeal, and a number of High Court cases.

We pride ourselves on being the home of as much industrial accident experience and Workcover scheme knowledge as any firm in Victoria.
