About me
My name is Hayden Bateman and I am a member of the Business and Commercial Services team at Wisewould Mahony.
In addition to working as a lawyer in private practice, I have broad commercial experience both in and out of the law, having previously acted as a company director, holding senior and technical finance roles and most recently holding the position of general counsel for a large company.
I work with clients in relation to a diverse range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, business structuring and employment law.
I work closely with clients to understand their commercial goals and utilise my commercial and legal expertise to tailor the required advice and strategy to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
