My name is Adam Rich and I head up Wisewould Mahony’s Business and Commercial services team.
I work with companies across various industries, providing tailored and practical solutions to help them achieve their business objectives. I advise clients across the full array of commercial/business transactions and have extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, business succession and co-ownership issues, intellectual property law and employee incentive arrangements.
