My name is Julie Barkla and I’m the partner responsible for the Property Law department at Wisewould Mahony. have worked at the firm since 1999, almost all of it honing my skills in Property Law and Liquor Licencing and Gaming (along with a secret passion for mortgage law).
Wisewould Mahony is the Camelot of law firms; it’s full of good people doing high quality legal work. Our property law clients are looking for sensible and commercial advice provided in a timely fashion. They want approachable lawyers who speak their language and can explain difficult concepts in simple English (or simple Greek, Italian, Malay, Cantonese or Mandarin!).
The daughter of two teachers, I have a passion for learning and conveying information. I get a huge amount of satisfaction from solving and helping to resolve large and small legal and practical problems.
